Roswell finished with 16 hits, while Trinidad collected 10. The Invaders added five runs in the fifth inning to complete the scoring after Trinidad’s seven-run fourth inning narrowed the gap.
Lucas Scott led Roswell with three hits, three runs and six RBI, including a home run. Jose Sanchez added two hits, four runs and four RBI with a home run, while Luis Moreno went 4-for-5 with five runs, one RBI and two triples. Alex Marquand drove in two runs, and Josh Walker contributed three RBI.
Peter Bocchino provided Trinidad’s top offensive performance, going 3-for-4 with three RBI and two home runs. Andrew Mason added a hit and two RBI, while Kendall Ford and Jeremiah Williams each drove in a run. Cayvon Truden earned the win for Roswell after allowing eight runs, six earned, on nine hits in five innings; Jordan Rodriguez followed with two scoreless innings and four strikeouts. Jacob Faivre took the loss for Trinidad after surrendering 16 runs, 10 earned, on 10 hits in 1.2 innings.
