May 27 2024 The Blackwell Flycatchers scored 10 runs across the fifth sixth and eighth innings to defeat the Trinidad Triggers 13-3. Blackwell collected eight hits and took advantage of seven walks while limiting Trinidad to three hits.
Blackwell broke through with three runs in the fifth before erupting for seven in the sixth. The Flycatchers added three more runs in the eighth, while Trinidad scored once in each of the sixth seventh and eighth innings.
Markus Bracey went 2-for-5 with two RBIs and a double, and
Jack Skantze added two hits and scored once.
Braeden Levandowski contributed a double and two RBIs, while
Dominic Pisano scored twice and drove in a run.
Trinidad’s three hits came from P. Bocchino J. Anderson and H. Maldonado. Bocchino and Maldonado each drove in a run, and D. Rodd added an RBI on a sacrifice fly.
